What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data handled through this website only. Our products and applications are covered by their own privacy notices, which are presented inside each product before you use it. Where a product handles children’s data, its notice sets out the consent we ask parents for and what that consent covers.
What we collect
- Nothing you don’t send us. This website has no accounts, no sign-up, and no contact form. You can read every page without giving us any personal data.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write.
- Technical request logs. Our hosting provider records standard information about requests to the site, including IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These logs exist so the site stays available and so we can investigate abuse or faults.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking of any kind. It loads nothing from a third-party server — fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this domain, so visiting this site does not disclose your visit to anyone but us and our hosting provider.
Why we hold it and for how long
- Email correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards only where we need it as a business record.
- Technical request logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period under their standard retention settings, and are used for security and availability.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers to run the site and our email, and those providers process data on our behalf. We disclose personal data to authorities where we are legally required to do so.
Data outside the UAE
Our hosting and email providers operate infrastructure outside the United Arab Emirates, so your data may be processed in other countries. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer conditions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Your rights
Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data gives individuals in the United Arab Emirates rights over their personal data. Subject to the conditions and exceptions in that law, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- delete your data
- stop or restrict how we process it
- transfer it to you or to another controller in a usable format
- withdraw consent, where our processing is based on your consent

Children
This website is aimed at businesses and other organisations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website. Children’s data in our products is handled under the separate notice for each product and requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Security
We take measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
